Due to this there was a huge protest by the students who wanted to put more effort in JEE Mains.
Students of entrance exams including not just JEE but also NEET- Medical Entrance, and CUCET- Common Entrance of Central Universities are also demanding more attempts in the entrance exams. Students are protesting online using the hashtags #2CompensatoryAttempt4All and #Help_students.
Meanwhile, the application process for the second attempt has started. The registration process for JEE Main Phase II has started from June 1 and will end on June 30. Candidates can apply online through the official site of JEE Main at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The first session of JEE Main 2022 will be conducted from June 20 to 29 and the second from July 21 to 30.
After the release of the admit card for JEE Main, students will get to know the exam centre, timing, slot and other details. Students need to ensure that the details written on the admit card are correct. It is mandatory to carry the admit card to the exam center as without it students will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.
