Most of the schools and colleges have a holiday on Saturday and Sunday. Accordingly, schools and colleges will remain closed on March 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25 and 26.

In most of the states, the final examinations for all classes are conducted in February-March. This year the festival of Holi will be celebrated on 8 March. Therefore, apart from the 10th-12th board exams, the schedule of other classes has been made in such a way that the exams are completed before Holi.

Schools usually start the new academic year in the last week of March or April-May but it depends from state to state and board. However, some holidays are common in schools and colleges across the country. Here is the list of holidays in March:

Now most of the schools and colleges have holiday on Saturday as well as Sunday. Accordingly, schools and colleges will remain closed on March 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25 and 26. Apart from these scheduled holidays, holidays are also given on any state festivals (whose date is not fixed). etc.

Meanwhile, the Rajasthan Secondary Board Education (RBSE) will start The 10th and 12th board exams are on March 9, the next day of Holi., Class 10 exams will be held from March 16 to April 11. Class 12 exams will be conducted from March 9 to April 12. Rajasthan Board will conduct the board exam from 8:30 am to 11:45 am. Candidates have to reach the center 30 minutes before. A total of 6081 exam centers have been set up for the exam.

RBSE Class 10 board exam will start with English test papers and end with business subjects and Sanskrit. While the RBSE Class 12 board exam will start with the Psychology paper and end with the vocational subjects. Around 21,12,206 students have registered for the board exams this year. Rajasthan Board has made special security arrangements to avoid cheating in the examination.
