Lalu Prasad will now be able to go to Singapore for treatment. This information has been given by his lawyer Prabhat Kumar. Kumar said that the CBI court has allowed our petition for renewal of passport of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, we will get the passport by tomorrow and apply for renewal. He will be able to go to Singapore for kidney transplant.

This demand was made in Lalu’s petition

The petition was filed on behalf of the RJD chief in the court of Special Judge Dinesh Rai. In the petition filed by Lalu Yadav, it was said that the validity of his passport is expiring. Lalu Prasad wants to go to Singapore for kidney transplant, so passport needs to be renewed, for which he needs a passport. The passport of Lalu Yadav, who is serving a sentence in the fodder scam case, was deposited by the CBI court.

The High Court had put the condition of submission of passport in the lower court

While granting bail to RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav, who is serving a sentence in the fodder scam, the Jharkhand High Court had put the condition of submission of passport in the lower court. After which his passport has been deposited in the CBI court.
