Rohini Acharya is the third elder daughter of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav who has been fielded from the Saran constituency by RJD under the INDIA bloc. But she has to fight against Lalu, something that nobody would want to believe.
The Singapore-returned daughter of the RJD chief is one of his nine children who donated her kidney to her father. The people of Saran are showering love upon this ideal daughter who is all set to contest against BJP’s senior leader Rajiv Pratap Rudy who has been very active in Bihar politics since becoming an MLA in 1990.
But why is Lalu Prasad Yadav contesting against Rohini Acharya when the entire Yadav family is supporting her and she has sought the blessings of her parents? This Lalu Prasad Yadav, who is contesting in the very same constituency is not from RJD but from RJP which stands for Rashtriya Jansambhavna Party.

The challenger, coincidentally shares the same name as Rohini’s father and is a peasant by profession. This namesake candidate has participated in many elections before, including the 2017 and 2019 presidential elections.
Yadav says that he has been contesting from the Saran constituency for a handful number of times in the past. In his record of contesting, he had also been in the elections against the former chief minister of Bihar, Rabri Devi. But this time Lalu Prasad is confident that he would win against her daughter, Rohini Acharya.
