Ladakh standoff: China moves to reduce friction; Can India trust its neighbor?

Indian and Chinese commanders held the 12th round of military talks, which ended on a positive note after nine hours, the reports said. Now, further advance can be expected in the areas of North Sikkim, Gogra and Hot Springs. A joint statement is also expected soon. The last round of military talks between the two sides was held on 9 April.
