Kya Baat Hai 2.0: Vicky Kaushal, Kiara Advani’s Peppy Dance Number Ends With A Surprising Twist

Vicky Kaushal, Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar’s upcoming film Govinda Naam Mera is just 10 days away for its release and the makers are leaving no stone unturned to promote the comedy thriller. On Tuesday afternoon, another dance number, Kya Baat Hai 2.0 released online. With melodious beats and rhythm, this dance number is a sizzling slow burner that will surely impress the masses. Composed by B Praak, the music video of Kya Baat Hai 2.0 showcases the sizzling chemistry between Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani.

Sung by Hardy Sandhu in collaboration with Nikita Gandhi, the music was composed by Tanishk Bagchi. Though the plot of the film chronicles a love triangle, now the song hints that things are not as simple as they seem. The music video begins with Vicky Kaushal being shackled first Kiara Advani goes to him. Taking the mid-tempo number ahead, Kiara released Vicky Kaushal and set the dance stage on fire with her scintillating choreography. However, now this is how the video ends. For those unaware, the original song Kya Baat Aaye was released in 2018 by Harrdy Sandhu. Written by Jaani and composed by B Praak, the uber-cool dance video of the original song featuring Brazilian model Carolina Moura was directed by Arvind Khaira. The music video garnered over 6.3 million views on YouTube. Before this song, the makers have released Bijli and Bana Sharaabi.

Directed by Shashank Khaitan, Govinda Naam Mera revolves around the life of Govinda Waghmare, a charming young man who is trying to pass the time between his wife and girlfriend with a pinch of confusion, chaos and laughter. The film, produced by Karan Johar, will release digitally on OTT platform Disney+Hotstar on December 16.
