Kuri Out of Vishnu Unnikrishnan from Lyrical Video of Angumele Geet

Vishnu Unnikrishnan’s family suspense thriller Kuri is all set to hit the theaters on July 8. Vishnu will be seen playing the role of a police officer for the first time in the film. Meanwhile, the lyrical video of the song Angumele composed by Vinoo Thomas has been released to positive reviews from fans.

Lyrics of the song are given by BK Harinarayanan and the song is sung by Nazim Arshad.

Written and directed by KR Praveen, the film is produced by Cokers Media and Entertainment. The film was shot in Idukki’s Vandiperiyar area, and stars Surbhi Lakshmi as Betsy and Vishnu Unnikrishnan as Dilip Kumar. Vinod Thomas, Sagar Surya, Pramod Velayanad, Chala Pali, Vishnu Govindan and Aditi Ravi will be seen in other important roles.

Santosh C Pillai will handle the camera operations for the film, with Rashin Ahmed in charge of editing. Vinu Thomas is the music director and BK Harinarayanan will write the lyrics.

Vishnu was last seen in the Malayalam film Randu. He also has several promising projects in the pipeline, including Sabash Chandra Bose, Anuradha Crime No. 59/2019, Eyal, Shalamon and Marathakam.

Vishnu was recently taken to the hospital after suffering minor burns during the shooting of the film. The actor entered the industry as a child artiste with the 2003 film Ente Veedu Apuvinteyam. He rose to fame with Kattappanayile Rithvik Roshan after which he is playing lead roles. His talent and hard work has drawn him to fans from across the country.

Meanwhile, Tovino Thomas and Kalyani Priyadarshan-starrer Thallumala has been the talk of the town since its announcement. The film was recently postponed with a release date of August 12.
