Kovid restrictions in Bihar: Religious places closed, night curfew from today check the directions

New Delhi: In view of the increasing cases of corona virus in Bihar, a fortnight-long curfew has been implemented from today. There are more restrictions along with the night curfew which will come into effect from today. Night curfew in Bihar is in force from 10 pm to 5 am and will remain in force till January 21.

Apart from the night curfew, other restrictions to be imposed from today are the closure of gyms, malls and parks. All shops except essential services will open till 8 pm. Colleges and schools for classes 9 to 12 will operate at 50 percent capacity. Teaching staff has been asked to give more priority to online classes.

  • 50 people have been allowed in wedding ceremonies and 20 people for funerals and condolence meetings.
  • All political, community and cultural events can have a maximum of 50 persons, but permission has to be taken from the district administration.
  • Shopping malls will remain completely closed.
