Corruption will get encouragement
Justice Ganguly said that the manner in which the decision of the Single Bench is being stayed without giving any concrete reason, it is worrying. He said that this would encourage the corrupt and the hands of the single bench would be tied.

Justice Ganguly said that on whose orders the stay is being imposed continuously? He said that the whole country should see how the decision of the single bench is being stayed.
