Kolaghat-Chengail: Demand to run local train without delay, PM’s effigy burnt !! | Rail Hunt

Activists of SUCI Communist Party on Tuesday protested in front of Kolaghat BDO office and burnt an effigy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to protest against the unusual growth of edible oils including petroleum products. The delegation included Narayan Chandra Nayak, Madhusudan Bera, Shankar Malakar and other leaders from the Kolaghat Block Committee. Later a delegation submitted a 16-point memorandum to the caretaker of the BDO. Narayan Babu said that we will continuously raise the voice of the people’s rights.

There is a need to run local trains immediately following the Corona rules in the railway division. Because in its absence people are facing severe problems. Corruption is also happening in Kolaghat for giving vaccine. In the memorandum we submitted before the BDO, Roopnarayan Pur – Arrangement for purchase of paddy bags kept in the house including construction of guard wall by raising the Kolaghat river dam, construction of own house with the amount allotted for the construction of Kolaghat College building. Mentioned for seeking improvement. On the other hand, on the demand of running a local train, at Chengile station of Kharagpur-Howrah division, the passengers created a ruckus for some time by stopping the staff special local.
