KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty have bought a new house in Mumbai’s Pali Hill which is a prestigious area with many Bollywood stars and high-net-worth individuals as residents.
Cricketer KL Rahul and his actress-wife, Athiya Shetty, have bought a luxurious apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill area for Rs 20 crore. The 3,350 sq ft apartment is situated on the second floor of the Sandhu Palace building, which has a total of 18 floors.
According to property registration documents from IndexTap.com, the building has received a partial occupation certificate from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). Rahul and Shetty paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.20 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 for the property, which includes four car parking spaces. The transaction was registered on July 15.
Pali Hill is a sought-after location known for its high-profile residents, including several Bollywood stars and high-net-worth individuals. The area has been in the spotlight recently due to redevelopment projects involving properties owned by celebrities such as Dilip Kumar and Aamir Khan. Other notable residents in Bandra include Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, and Triptii Dimri.
Last month, photos of KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty from their first anniversary celebration went viral. The couple, who got married in January last year, celebrated the special occasion with a private dinner. Almost five months later, photos from the intimate dinner surfaced online.
