Kolkata Knight Riders will take on Chennai Super Kings in the final in Dubai after a three-wicket win over Delhi Capitals in the second qualifier on Wednesday.

The two-time champions will take on Chennai Super Kings in the summit clash in Dubai after a three-wicket win over Delhi Capitals in the second qualifier on Wednesday.
“The brand of cricket that KKR is playing and by KKR I do not mean just the cricketers who are playing there but the entire management. They’re the way we’re thinking, the way we’re going about things that are real changes for us,” Iyer told KKR’s chief advisor David Hussey in a video posted on the IPL website.
“The intention we are showing not only on the field but also off the field is what has brought us here,” he said.
Chasing a modest target of 136, Iyer smashed 55 off 41 balls and combined with Shubman Gill (46) to register KKR’s win over DC.
“I wasn’t chasing 136, I just went there to bat. I just wanted to play the first six overs and see what the situation was. It brought out the best,” he said.
When asked about the final against CSK in Dubai on Friday, he said, “I am not going to consider it as a final or a big match. I’ll just play my game and give my best and that’s what the whole team is going to do.”
