In a Snapchat Q&A session, the 39-year-old identified exercise as her go-to therapy when dealing with stress.

Reality star Khloe Kardashian has shared her approach to managing stress, shedding light on how she copes with pressure. In a Snapchat Q&A session, the 39-year-old identified exercise as her go-to therapy when dealing with stress. Emphasising the significance of physical activity in her routine, she expressed, “Working out is my therapy. For me, it’s the best way to cope with stress.” Kardashian believes that engaging in exercise helps maintain her focus and strengthens her both physically and mentally.

This revelation also adds to the reality star’s consistent advocacy for fitness. Throughout the years, she has offered guidance to her followers on establishing a workout routine. In 2020, Kardashian advised her social media audience to set “small, realistic goals” in the gym, encouraging them to reward themselves for achieving milestones, reports the People.

She assured her followers that if setbacks occurred, there was always the opportunity to start anew the next day. “Don’t set goals that are unrealistic. In the end, that will only get you discouraged and possibly have you give up. Set small goals and praise yourself once you reach that goal. Then set another small goal. You got this!!! Slow and steady! It’s a lifestyle,” Khloe Kardashian captioned her post.

Kardashian’s openness about her stress management technique also comes in the wake of recent developments involving her ex and the father of her two children, NBA star Tristan Thompson.

Thompson recently faced a 25-game suspension for violating the organisation’s drug policy, having tested positive for ibutamoren and SARM LGD-4033, according to a statement from the NBA. The Cleveland Cavaliers player’s suspension raised public interest, given his connection to Kardashian and their children together- True, aged 5, and Tatum, who is only 18 months old right now.

Despite the ups and downs in their relationship, Kardashian has chosen a positive approach to co-parenting with Thompson. In an interview with TMRW magazine, she acknowledged the challenges but also talked about her commitment to maintaining a cordial relationship for the well-being of her children. “With me and Tristan, would it be really easy to never talk to him again and to just badmouth him or whatever? Of course. But it’s way harder to be nice,” she confessed.

Kardashian stressed the importance of nurturing beautiful relationships between her kids and their father, highlighting the blessing of having an involved and hands-on dad in their lives.
