Yash starrer KGF: Chapter 2 is rocking the box-office. The Hindi version emerged as the biggest opener in the times of covid, beating even bigger film collections like Hrithik Roshan- Tiger Shroff starrer War. The film is maintaining a steady hold at the box office. And in 3 days, the Hindi version is just a few crores short of reaching the 150 crore mark.
There was a slight decline in the collection of the film on Saturday i.e. on the third day. Yash starrer made Rs. As compared to Rs 42.90 crore on Saturday. 46.79 crores on Friday. Opening day collection still highest at Rs. 53.95 crores. Now the total collection of the film is Rs. 143.64 crores. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted that the film is likely to compete with the first day’s collections on Sunday. Check out the tweet here:

Looking at its trend, it is certain that the film will cross the 150 crore and 175 crore mark simultaneously on Sunday i.e. on the fourth day. It is expected to collect somewhere around Rs. 185 crores till the first weekend. This is a huge number, something that was not even seen in the Hindi version of RRR.
The film also made a record in Kerala. Trade analyst Sridhar Pillai tweeted that the film has crossed the Rs 20 crore mark in 3 days in the state, a never seen before.
Trade analyst Manobala Vijayan has tweeted that the film has earned more than Rs 1 crore so far. 30 crores in 3 days in Tamil Nadu. This is especially great as the film competed with Thalapathy Vijay starrer Beast in the state, and it successfully emerged as the winner.

Recent trends also suggest that the film will cross the 500 crore mark in terms of all India and worldwide collections within the first weekend. It has earned 400 crores in just 3 days.
KGF: Chapter 2 also stars Raveena Tandon, Sanjay Dutt and Srinidhi Shetty in pivotal roles. The film is directed by Prashanth Neel.
