Kerala Varsity College Union Elections Today | Thiruvananthapuram News – Times of India

Thiruvananthapuram: Student union elections in colleges affiliated to Kerala University would be held on February 15. The university had to postpone the election originally scheduled on January 25, following the High Court intervention.
The university authorities on Wednesday had informed that the guidelines to be followed by the affiliated colleges for the conduct of the election have been shared with the respective college authorities. The HC had barred the university from conducting the elections at the last minute, considering a student complaint that the university was showing scant regard to the safety of the students by conducting the election whilst the third wave of Covid was hitting the peak.
Meanwhile, the university has announced the revised schedule for first semester CBCS BSc Physics with mathematics and machine learning (2020 admission-regular) originally scheduled for January 31. The BVoc food processing and management course examination postponed would also be held on February 18. The second semester Bachelor of hotel management and catering technology examination, originally scheduled for January 31, too will be held on February 18. There is no change in the venue and timing of the examination.
