Nani and Keerthy Suresh-starrer Dussehra recently took the theaters by storm. Helmed by Srikanth Odhela, the Telugu-language period action drama was well received by the audience, earning crores of rupees at the box office. Ever since the film released on 30th March, the overwhelming response to Dussehra has really got the lead actors aka Nani and Keerthy quite excited. Expressing her gratitude to the moviegoers who showered all their love and affection on the film, Keerthy released a series of behind-the-scenes pictures from Dussehra on April 24, which got her fans pretty excited.
“25 days of Dussehra. Thank you a million for the love you showered on Dussehra and Vennela! Love, love, love, only love and gratitude,” wrote Kirti on Instagram. The pictures offered glimpses of Keerthy’s character from Dussehra, draped in a simple saree, working beside a clay stove, and sporting a beaming smile, her hair done up in long hair. In the next slides, he also took a selfie with Nani. Nani too donned a rustic avatar, his hair unruly as he sported a bearded look.
In the next few pictures, she was seen engrossed in the filming while interacting with the film’s unit. Some of the pictures were displayed with Keerthy in her simple village-girl form from Dussehra, while others offered a glimpse of the rural setting, complete with mud houses, with her feet covered in dirt. In the last picture, Kirti took a stunning picture of the sky amidst the setting sun, with the silhouettes of trees in the same frame.
The string of photos was quick to grab the attention of social media users, who made their appearance in the comments. One of them blushed and wrote, “Awesome.” Another commended the “hard work” of the film team. “My whole heart,” muttered a third person. Others added several red-heart emojis to show their appreciation for the photos.
Dussehra is all set to release on Netflix after getting a good response from the audience. Latest reports suggest that Dussehra will release on 27th April on OTT platform. Keerthy Suresh will next be seen in filmmaker Meher Ramesh’s action drama Bhola Shankar.
