The announcements related to the engagement and wedding of the Kadrama actor came as a pleasant surprise to the fans earlier this year. He further surprises them when he reveals that Katy is pregnant with their child and they are looking forward to their journey as parents. Now Song Jong-ki has finally opened up about his second marriage and how Katy has brought happiness and positivity into his life.
According to a report by Soompi, Song Jong-ki told GQ Korea, “At first I was fine. It was an everyday occurrence for us, and even though many people knew about it, our love would not change. But Then, when the bullshit stories kept piling up, I honestly got annoyed. Except for the name of the university she attended (University of Milan Bocconi), none of the rumors were true.
Talking about the situation, the actor also revealed how Katy helped him ignore the negative. He further said, “When my anger was rising, Katy told me, ‘You don’t need to be angry with these people.’ I can’t say much about it here, but she is that kind of person. She takes me in a positive direction and balances me.”
Song Joong-ki and Katy didn’t have a grand wedding ceremony, but they registered their marriage and announced it to fans via social media. And Song Jong Ki had announced his marriage with British actress Katy Louise Saunders last month. In a long post on his official fan cafe, the actor revealed the good news and said that Katy makes him a better person.
