The actress recreated the popular Dooradinda Bandhan Sundaranga Jana song from the 1971 Kannada-language romance drama Samasha Phala.
Reshma uploaded the dance video on Instagram, which is currently going viral on the internet. “Had a lot of fun dancing to this song,” the actress captioned her post. The video shows Reshma dancing her heart out to the song Dooradinda Bandantha, dressed in a green and white marble colored crop top, which she paired with black joggers.
Dance artist Meghna was also accompanying the actress. Both were setting the stage on fire with their super-energetic dance moves. Reshma looked like a breath of fresh air in the uber-chic outfit as she grabbed the attention of her fans with her electrifying moves. Directed by AM Samiullah, Samsha Phala was a black-and-white film starring some notable Kannada actors including Udayakumar, Jayanthi, Srinath and Pandari Bai in pivotal roles. The song sequence in the film begins with Udayakumar sitting in a nightclub where a female club dancer entertains the people present there. Sung by musical genius LR Eswari, the song Dooradinda Bandantha became a chartbuster at that time.
Reshma Nanaiya is recently making headlines for KD. Directed by Dhruv Sarja, the first-look poster of Reshma as Machalaxmi took movie lovers into a frenzy. The raw poster features the actress in rural attire, quite aggressively chewing on a piece of chicken with her bare hands.
