KBC 13: Amitabh Bachchan shares when he first saw people in awe after Anand’s release

In the upcoming episode of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 13’s ‘Shaandaar Shukravaar’, host and megastar Amitabh Bachchan Shares the turning point in his life and path to success after which he was acknowledged as an actor in the industry. He will be seen chatting with the guests Pankaj Tripathi and Prateek Gandhi about the time when he closed his eyes at a petrol pump.

He shares his experience when he first saw people stare in awe because of his performances in films. He says: “I finished working on the film ‘Anand’ and it was released. The day it was supposed to release, I took my friends’ car because I didn’t have one and didn’t have the money to pay. For petrol. I had to borrow Rs 5 to 10 from someone and went to the nearest petrol station, filled the car’s tank and gave him the money.”

Amitabh continues: “Morning, I was going for another film shoot and the car ran out of petrol. Again, I went to the same petrol station to refuel. Sir (referring to Pankaj Tripathi and Prateek Gandhi) ) ), when I came to refuel, 4 to 5 people were standing and watching. Because the film ‘Anand’ was released. That’s when I realized that people started recognizing me and I did something right.”

On the coming Friday, guests Pankaj Tripathi and Prateek Gandhi will be seen on Hotseat. They will play sports for causes they support.

The ‘Shaandaar Friday’ episode of ‘KBC 13’ will air on Sony Entertainment Television on October 1.
