Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have been teasing fans with beautiful pictures from their wedding festivities, one post in a day. The couple took their wedding vows on December 9 at the grand Six Senses Fort Barwara, Sawai Madhopur in the presence of their family and close friends. After a royal wedding and a short vacation at an undisclosed location, the two are back in Mumbai. It seems that her work commitments and of course the lavish reception party pulled her back from the holiday. A source close to the couple told Bollywood Life that Vicky and Katrina have sealed December 20 as the date to host a grand reception party for the entire film fraternity in the city.
A lot of thought has gone into finalizing the date, with both Vicky and Katrina wanting to finish all their wedding festivities before resuming work. Also, Christmas is near, and this will be their first festival as a married couple, so Katrina wanted to host the reception before that, the report said.
The report further claimed that Bollywood stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Ranbir Kapoor have received reception invites. Bollywood A-listers including Hrithik Roshan, Karan Johar, Akshay Kumar, Kangana Ranaut, Alia Bhatt, Anushka Sharma, Ajay Devgn, Ishaan Khatter, Meghna Gulzar, Rohit Shetty, Sidharth Malhotra, Taapsee Pannu, and Abhishek Bachchan are also reported to grace the grand reception.
Due to the fear of Omicron version of Covid-19 in the city, the duo will reportedly follow all the rules laid down by Mumbai civic body BMC. Each guest will have to get their RT PCR test done and they will also have to report negative at the event.
Vicky and Katrina in one frame are certainly a ‘picture perfect’ couple but after breath-taking pictures from the wedding celebrations, our hearts can go out on the day itself.
