Katrina Kaif reveals her favourite nickname for herself is Goldfish because she keeps forgetting everything like the fish.
Katrina Kaif is still basking in the praise she received for her portrayal of Maria in Merry Christmas. The Sriram Raghavan thriller also featured Vijay Sethupathi as the lead. Katrina’s performance was touted by many critics as her best one yet. Fans are still gushing over her stellar acting prowess and are eagerly awaiting her next projects. Amid this, an old video of the actress has gone viral in which she revealed that she doesn’t like to be called ‘Kat’ – the popular nickname everyone has for her.
In the video, Katrina was asked about her favourite nickname that someone calls her. She replied, “What I don’t like is Kat. No, I don’t like Kat. My favourite nickname was given to me by my best friend Ali Abbas Zafar. He calls me Goldfish.”
“I don’t know if you know but goldfish forget every few seconds. So, every three seconds the goldfish’s life starts from scratch. It has no memory. Ali uses that term for me because he says that sometimes it’s like I have no memory of the things people do,” she added.
This video resurfaced on the microblogging site Reddit and has gone viral on the platform in no time. Taking to the comments section, one person wrote, “Prime Katrina was .” Another added, “So cute!
