According to residents, this elephant was roaming in the villages on the outskirts of the city for the last two days. On Monday morning it roamed the streets of the city extension, mugthihalli, andesarahalli, Uppalli, Indavara, Adarshnagar and Nallur Gate areas
According to forest department officials, the elephant must have come from Belur. “We will follow it again towards the forest towards Belur,” the officials said.
