MANGALURU: Six persons, including a seven-year-old boy, suffered minor injuries in a ferris wheel mishap at Ullal on Tuesday night.
The ferris wheel for kids and other amusement rides have been put up as part of the Uroos festival at the grounds near the Ullal Hazrat Sayyid Muhammed Shareeful Madani Dargah, popularly known as Ullal Dargah.
City police commissioner N Shashi Kumar said the injured have been identified as Ummer Farooq42, Mohammed Tayyub7, Mashitha,18, Noorjahan, 36, Saleeka,28 and Sameer, 41 from Alekala in Ullal.
The Ullal police have booked a case against those managing the amusement rides.
