Meanwhile, his wife Shobha, who is living in Bengaluru with the couple’s eldest daughter Spandana (23), also came under stress after failing to contact her husband on the mobile phone, which remained switched off. Shobha reached Kushalnagar after receiving information that her husband was not at home till Friday evening. After this, he lodged a complaint with Kushalnagar police on Saturday morning.
“My husband called me on Thursday at 9.45 pm. He told me that he had received a booster dose for COVID-19. I asked him to apply for leave and take some rest the next day.
