Haryana Government has invited an 11-member committee of farmers to discuss and discuss the issue of gherao of Karnal Mini Secretariat. Security has been beefed up in Haryana, especially in Karnal, in view of the call for gherao of Karnal Mini Secretariat by various farmers’ organizations as well as Scheduled Farmers Mahapanchayat today. 40 companies of additional forces, including 10 paramilitary forces, have been deployed at various places in Karnal district to deal with the situation. Haryana government has suspended mobile internet services in Karnal district from 12.30 pm on Monday till 11.59 pm on Tuesday (September 7) to maintain law and order.
