Be it a vacation, or a relaxing day at home, Kareena never compromises with her fitness regime. Celebrity instructor Namrata Purohit has been Bebo’s trainer for a long time. As Bebo continues to sweat it out in the gym, Namrata recently shared a post-pilates selfie with the actress.
Taking to Instagram stories, Namrata dropped a selfie in which Bebo could be seen flaunting her ‘Post Pilates glow’. The Tashan actress was dressed in a pink sports bra that she paired with black yoga pants. She looked radiant in her no-makeup look.

Namrata is known for training stars like Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Kangana Ranaut and Pooja Hegde, among others. Well, this isn’t the first time fans got to see a glimpse of Kareena’s fitness regime. Kareena and her love for yoga is widely known. The actress loves to practice Chakrasana, also known as the wheel pose. Recently, the actress shared a snapshot with her fans in which she could be seen doing the back-bend pose with perfection. “Sunday plans? Yoga for me..Crew for you,” Kareena wrote.
On the professional front, Kareena was recently seen in the comedy-drama film Crew. The film also featured Tabu, Kriti Sanon, Diljit Dosanjh and Kapil Sharma in pivotal roles. Helmed by Rajesh A Krishnan, the film garnered widespread acclaim from critics and audiences.
Bebo will be next seen in director Rohit Shetty’s upcoming action drama film Singham Again which also stars Ajay Devgn, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar in the lead roles.
