Mumbai: The ‘Badshah of Comedy’ Kapil Sharma took to the memory lane and shared an old picture from his college days on social media. The ‘Firangi’ star treated his fans with an unseen picture from his sangeet session with his team after finishing our play rehearsal. He asked his fans to see him in the throwback photo, which went viral on the internet in no time.
In the picture, Kapil was unrecognizable in a blue shirt and denims. He can be seen playing an instrument while posing for the camera.
Kapil wrote on Instagram, “After finishing our play rehearsals, sangeet session with my team, find me in the picture and write in the comments below.” See Snap!
Fans have flooded their messages in the comment section. Rajeev Thakur dropped a comment on the post and revealed that he always misses such sessions. She wrote, “Aur main hamesha dukaan pe chala jata tha , jab masti karne ka time aata tha @kapilsharma Always missed these sessions.”
Kapil Sharma has been missing from the small screen for the last five months. He took a break from ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ to spend time with his wife Ginni Chatrath, who gave birth to their second child in February 2021. Fans are eagerly waiting for the return of the popular comedy show.
Kapil and Ginni have named their newborn son Trishaan Sharma. The ace comedian posted an adorable picture of his son and daughter Anaira on social media on June 20. He said he shared the first picture of his child because of ‘public demand’.
According to Gossip Mills, the new season of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ has been delayed due to budget constraints. The makers are yet to confirm the rumours.
