Kangana Ranaut is in the lead role in Dhaakad
Dhaakad is all set to premiere its OTT on ZEE5 on 1st July. After releasing in theaters in May, Kangana Ranaut, Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutta starrer action film will be available to watch from the comfort of home. ZEE5 has announced the world digital premiere of Dhaakad on 1st July. Apart from a strong line-up of original shows and movies, blockbuster hits like RRR, The Kashmir Files, Valimai, Antim, Jhund, Attack, and others are also available for streaming on the app.

Directed by Rajneesh Ghai, Dhaakad is a spy thriller starring Kangana in the lead role and Arjun Rampal, Divya Dutta and Shashwat Chatterjee in supporting roles. Shot by Japanese cinematographer Tetsuo Nagata (La Vie En Rose), Dhaakad features an international scale and execution style of action sequences, all designed by an international crew. With its eccentricity with blood, action, bullets and characters, Dhaakad has been loved by cinematographers for its bold attempt at storytelling.
What is Dhaakad about?
Dhaakad revolves around Agni (Kangana), a special agent of the International Task Force, who is assigned a mission to eliminate Rudraveer (Arjun Rampal), an international human and arms smuggler, who is also running a coal mafia. During this fight, her tragic childhood past comes to the fore more often than she would like and she discovers the shocking truth about her tragedy, one of which is also linked to Rudraveer.

When can I watch Dhaakad on OTT?
Dhaakad can be streamed online on July 1. Announcing the premiere of the film, streaming partner ZEE5 wrote, “Keep a fire extinguisher ready! Agent Agni is coming soon to set your screen on fire.”
The action pieces were appreciated on the big screen and now that the film has been released digitally, more people will appreciate the effort of the team. Kangana said, “Dhaakad was an intense film that required a lot of physical and emotional transformation. Indian films can be of international standards and have female action heroes in the lead roles. From July 1st, I only got one murder on ZEE5. Get ready to be seen as a machine.”
