She visited the sacred site on Friday, November 3 and took to social media to share glimpses from her visit. During her trip, she also interacted with the media who asked her if she would contest in the Lok Sabha elections sometime.

Kangana Ranaut expressed her interest in contesting in the elections. She told the media, “Shri Krishna ki kripa rahi toh ladenge (If Lord Krishna blesses, I will fight).” She further went on to appreciate the ruling party for establishing the Ram temple in Ayodhya. She said, “With the efforts of the BJP government, we Indians get to see this day after 600 years of struggle. We will establish the temple with great celebration. The flag of Sanatan Dharma should be hoisted all over the world.”

Talking about the city of Dwarka, she said, “I always say that Dwarka is a divine city. Everything here is amazing. Dwarkadhish is present in every particle. I become blessed when I see Him. I always try to come here as much as possible to have the darshan of the Lord. But whenever I get a moment from work, I come.”

“The city of Dwarka which is submerged in water can also be seen from above. I would like the government to have such a facility that one can go underwater and see the remains. For me, the city of Krishna is like heaven,” she added.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Kangana was featured in the Tamil movie Chandramukhi 2 recently, which performed decently in the Tamil market. However, it failed to attract any Hindi audience, despite that being Kangana’s primary fanbase. The actress hasn’t achieved theatrical success since her 2019 film Manikarnika – The Queen Of Jhansi. Her subsequent films, including Judgementall Hai Kya, Panga, Thalaivii and Dhaakad, all were box office failures.
