KALYAN: The Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) on Thursday removed 150 illegal banners from the city.
To keep the twin cities clean, the KDMC Commissioner Dr Vijay Suryawanshi is carrying out various transformation campaigns in the city.
Under this campaign, Hema Mumbarkar, assistant municipal commissioner and her team from the J ward- office removed 42 banners from Kolsewadi and Ganesh wadi area while in the D-Ward jurisdiction assistant municipal commissioner Savita Hile and her team removed illegal 31 banners from the Vithalwadi area.
Similarly in the F- ward area, ward officer Kishore Shelke, and his team removed 77 illegal banners from Dombivli (East), 90 Feet road, Gharda circle and Kalyan road.
