Megastar Chiranjeevi’s daughter Sreeja has been in the news ever since the rumors of her separation from husband Kalyan Dev surfaced online. The divorce rumors were fueled after Sreeja dropped her husband’s name and even unfollowed him on Instagram. The couple got married in March 2016 and have a daughter together. While neither Sreeja nor Kalyan has spoken about their separation, a cryptic post has grabbed everyone’s attention.
Kalyan left a lovely post to wish his mother a “very happy birthday”. In the snap, Kalyan posed with his mother and both were smiling. Along with the picture, he wrote Happy Birthday to Mom and thanked her for always being together. He further added, “Sometimes, life gets tough, but I always believe that with the power of your love, I can overcome any obstacle that comes my way. Thank you for always being there for me. I love you so much mom.”

Sreeja married Kalyan in March 2016 at the family’s farmhouse in Bengaluru. The wedding ceremony was attended by close friends, relatives and stars from the South film industry. Telugu actor Ram Charan, who was accompanied by his wife Upasana, and cousins Allu Arjun and Allu Sirish were among the elders seen at the wedding. Two years later, in November 2018, Kalyan announced that he and Sreeja were expecting a baby.
Prior to Kalyan, Sreeja was married to Sirish Bharadwaj at the age of 19. Sreeja and Sirish were college sweethearts. However, she legally separated from him, claiming that her in-laws were demanding dowry. A case of harassment was also registered against him. Sreeja has a daughter from her first marriage.
