Kalicharan Maharaj, who insulted Mahatma Gandhi in Chhattisgarh, has been arrested by Raipur Police. Three different teams of Raipur Police were sent in search of Kalicharan. After the arrest, it is being told that Kalicharan is not answering any question being asked by the police.
