Pampore: Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) Commander Umar Mustaq KhandeOne of the top 10 targets of the Jammu and Kashmir Police, which was involved in the killing of two police personnel in Baghat, Srinagar, and other terrorist crimes, has been implicated in the Pampore encounter, informed Inspector General of Police, Kashmir, Vijay Kumar on Saturday.
An encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists at Pampore in Pulwama district on Saturday.

Earlier on Friday, Kashmir’s Inspector General of Police (IGP) Vijay Kumar said that a total of 11 terrorists have been killed so far in eight encounters by security forces in Jammu and Kashmir following the recent killing of civilians.
