Jharkhand News LIVE Today: The MLAs of the ruling Jharkhand Mukti Morcha-led coalition ‘Mahagathbandhan’ in Jharkhand, who were camping in Hyderabad, returned to the state on Sunday to attend the crucial trust vote on Monday. The legislators after arriving in Ranchi exuded confidence to win the trust vote in the assembly. However the Chief Whip of the BJP — Biranchi Narain — said the coalition was set to lose the vote of confidence on Monday.
The JMM-led coalition’s MLAs were sent to a private resort in Shamirpet, on the outskirts of Hyderabad, amid ‘poaching fears’ after JMM leader Champai Soren took over as the chief minister after Hemant Soren was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with a money laundering case.
However, Hemant Soren, has been allowed to participate in the trust vote by a special PMLA court.
