JEE Main session is being conducted at various centers located in 290 cities across the country and 18 cities outside India.

National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to start the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2023 Session 1 from tomorrow, 24 January 2023. JEE Main session is being conducted in 290 cities across the country and various centers located in 18 cities. outside India. As per the schedule, JEE Main 2023 for BE/BTech will be held on January 24, 25, 29, 30, 31 and February 1, 2023. Tech (Paper I) and January 28 (2nd shift) for B.Arch and B.Planning (Paper 2A and Paper 2B).

The agency has released the admit card for JEE Main 2023 exam to be held tomorrow, January 24, however, the admit card for January 25 is expected to be released soon. Candidates are advised to download their Admit Card for JEE Main 2023 Session 1 using their Application Number and Date of Birth (DOB) on the portal.

Candidates who are going to appear for Engineering (Paper 1, BE/BTech) can access their hall ticket by visiting the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. NTA has informed the candidates about their exam city slip, exam date and shift timings in the last week. For remaining exam hall tickets, candidates must keep a regular eye on the official website of JEE Main.

JEE Main 2023 Reporting Time Schedule: JEE Main 2023 Exam Timings – First Shift (9 AM to 12 Noon) and Second Shift (3 PM to 6 PM).

Entry to the Exam Center – 1st Shift (7:30 AM to 8:30 AM) and 2nd Shift (2:00 PM to 2:30 PM).

JEE Main 2023 Exam Instructions by Invigilators- First Shift (8:30 AM to 8:50 AM) and Second Shift (2:30 AM to 2:50 PM).

JEE Main 2023 Exam Guidelines

-Students appearing for the main examination will be allowed to enter or exit the examination center as per the schedule prescribed by NTA.

Note that any conversation/gesture/disruption in the examination hall will be considered as misbehavior.

It is mandatory for all the candidates to carry the NTA JEE Main Admit Card 2023 which is clearly printed on the A4 size sheet. They are also required to strictly follow the instructions given on the Admit Card as instructed by the Center Superintendent/Invigilators.

Pen or pencil and blank paper will be provided for rough work in the JEE exam hall. Students must write their name and roll number on the top of the answer sheet. Before leaving the examination hall, the sheet will be returned to the invigilator. Check official notification for more rules and regulations.
