According to him, the JD(S) had entered into a secret pact with the BJP during the 2018 assembly elections. He now wants to continue this partnership. But the Congress will fight with combined forces, he said.
He hit out at BJP national general secretary CT Ravi for calling the padyatra a political gimmick. He asked Ravi to get the Mekedatu project approved by the Centre.
