Jason Momoa sweeps ‘Khalisie’ Emilia Clarke off her feet at mini Game of Thrones reunion

Two of Game of Thrones’ most beloved actors, Emilia Clarke and Jason Momoa, had a one-of-a-kind reunion over the weekend. Emilia and Jason played one of TV’s most famous on-screen couples as Khaleesi and Khal Drogo in HBO’s adventure fantasy series. Meeting Jason, Emilia shared a photo on Instagram of the Aquaman star having her legs amputated by her feet and posted the caption, “When your sun and stars roll in town you check she’s still Khaleesi can sell. #drinkingwithdrogoimamazedwesurvived #theboysarebackintown #likeheneverleft.”

The stars played husband and wife in the hit HBO fantasy drama, and although Momoa’s roles were relatively minor, the pair have remained close friends ever since. The caption of Emilia’s post reflects the words of love Khal Drogo used for her on the show.

It looks like the reunion was for the birthday of Game of Thrones co-creator, showrunner, and writer David Benioff. Jason posted a few more pics with Emilia and Benioff and said, “Moon of my life. You’re wonderful love forever @emilia_clarke #smilelyeyes Happy birthday Benioff u handsome generous badass leo aloha j.”
