The minimum temperature was minus 1.2 in Banihal, 0.5 in Batote, 4.6 in Katra and minus 0.4 in Bhaderwah.

Light clouds covered Srinagar in the evening. The temperature here last night was minus 2.1 and Pahalgam was minus 6.9 degrees. In Leh, the day temperature was also recorded minus 3.5 and last night’s minimum temperature was minus 15.0 degrees Celsius amidst severe cold. Last night’s temperature in Kargil was minus 12.5 and 2.2 degrees Celsius during the day.
