The Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has officially handed over the probe into the Saturday-Sunday night attack on the Jammu Air Force Station to the National Investigation Agency (NIA). From here the National Investigation Agency has fully gathered and will complete the investigation of this case. At present, the National Investigation Agency has summoned all the documents of the investigation done so far in this case from the Jammu and Kashmir Police. The NIA will soon register a case and proceed with the investigation.

Earlier, several agencies including NIA, National Security Guard along with local police and Air Force officials were probing the terror attack, first of its kind in the country, which did not cause any major damage to equipment or personnel, but in Heavy losses are likely. Two drones blast at Jammu airbase

After this, two drones were also seen hovering at two different places near Kaluchak Military Station in Jammu. However, the drones took off after the soldiers opened fire.
