Jailer: Rajnikanth Heads To Hyderabad For Next Schedule, Thalaivar’s Pic Goes Viral

Superstar Rajinikanth has left for Hyderabad for the next schedule of his upcoming film Jailor. His 169th film, Rajinikanth’s new film is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. While a teaser was released last month on the occasion of his birthday, the actor seems to be diving into the shoot of the film starting this week. The actor was spotted at the Chennai airport on Saturday evening while leaving for a shoot.

In a picture that has gone viral on social media platforms, Rajinikanth can be seen surrounded by photographers and media persons as he makes his way to board his flight. The Robot actor was dressed in a white T-shirt and black trousers. He was also seen with a big smile and a book in his hand as he entered the airport.

Reacting to the viral picture, many fans were elated to see their favorite superstar. One of them tweeted, “Please come back with Jailor Thalaivaa. Your last full-length hit is Enthiran. We want to see you in a full-length film.” Others expressed their surprise at his behavior with some cute tweets.

To mark the birthday of the legendary superstar last month, the makers revealed his character from the film with a teaser. It started with a shot of Rajinikanth in which we only see his feet. Then we get to see his silhouette. We then see him adjusting his shirt and getting ready and finally see his face clearly. The teaser video ends with the megastar smiling at the camera.

Apart from Rajinikanth, Jailer also stars Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Vinayakan and Vasanth Ravi. Director Nelson Dilipkumar, in a recent interview, teased that Rajinikanth will have intense action sequences in the film. According to the filmmaker, the high-octane action sequences in Jailor will be fiercer and better than those of his previous films.

As per reports, the makers have signed action director Stun Siva to choreograph the scenes. It is also reported that Mohanlal has been roped in for a cameo.
