Last year, a total of 3,99,010 students appeared for the exam in which 3,73,893 students cleared the exam successfully. The overall pass percentage for the year 2022 stands at an impressive 95.60 per cent. On comparing the pass percentage, it is seen that girls secured a pass percentage of 95.50 percent while boys secured a slightly higher pass percentage of 95.70 percent. Meanwhile, in 2021, JAC recorded the highest ever pass percentage.

Students who fail to qualify one or two subjects in JAC Matric Supplementary Exam can apply for JAC Matric Supplementary Exam through their respective schools. Class 10 supplementary exam for the year 2023 is expected to be held in July 2023. Students need to score minimum 33% marks to qualify JAC Matric 10th Exam. Along with the marks and grade, students will also get the division on their provisional mark sheet.

The evaluation of answer sheets of board examinations has started at the designated regional centers set up by the Jharkhand Academic Council. A total of 66 centers were set up in 19 districts of Jharkhand for the purpose of reviewing answer sheets, of which 35 centers were specifically earmarked for evaluation of class 10 question papers.
