It may rain after a week: Weather will change in 7 states of North India including UP, MP and Rajasthan, relief from hot winds

It may rain in West-North and Central India after June 15. For now, there will be no relief from the heat wave. Seven states including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan will remain in the grip of hot winds for now. In the last three days, the temperature here has been above 44 degrees. For the time being, it will remain so. Hot winds may intensify in a week.

According to the Meteorological Department, the monsoon will remain weak for the next one week, till then the temperature will continue to rise. Presently, Monsoon has advanced into southwest Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and southwest and west-central parts of Bay of Bengal.

Temperature 3 degrees above normal in 7 states
Talking about the 7 states facing severe heat and heat wave, Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and Chhattisgarh have recorded 3 degree Celsius above normal. The Meteorological Office has said that there is no scope of any major change in the maximum temperature in West-North and Central India for the next two-three days. After that the mercury can come down by two to three degrees.

According to the India Meteorological Department, the feeling of heat in Uttar Pradesh and West Madhya Pradesh will be more. A westerly wind is blowing from Arabian Sea towards South Peninsula India. Due to this, in the next 5 days, there is a possibility of rain in Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep for the next five days.

Chances of rain due to western disturbance
According to Skymet Weather, a Western Disturbance is persisting over North Pakistan and adjoining areas. Its effect is being seen in the areas adjoining Rajasthan. In the coming three days, it will also be seen in East Rajasthan, East Uttar Pradesh, East Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Due to this there will be chances of rain.

Western Disturbance is related to bringing rain to North India. It brings rain and moisture to areas adjoining Pakistan, Rajasthan and North India. Because of this, it rains before winter and monsoon. The Western Disturbance helps in changing the weather during the hot summers and monsoons.

Heavy rain may occur in Northeast
Light to moderate rain with isolated heavy rains may occur over Sikkim and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Light rain is possible over Kerala, Coastal Karnataka, South Interior Karnataka and parts of Tamil Nadu. Scattered light rain is very likely over eastern parts of Gujarat, Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
