New Delhi: Amidst the hearing in the Delhi High Court on criminalization of marital rape, the Minister of Women and Child Development Smriti Irani told RS on Wednesday that while the safety of women and children was a priority, it was not “appropriate” to condemn every marriage as violent and every man as a rapist.
