Islamabad, parts of Punjab and Kp. Earthquake tremors felt – Henry Club

Tremors were felt in Islamabad and parts of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Friday afternoon.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department said the quake, which had a magnitude of 5.2, originated at 2:22 pm. The Meteorological Department said that its epicenter was in the Afghanistan-Tajikistan border area and its depth was 220 km.

According to don news tvApart from the capital, tremors were also felt in Rawalpindi, Muri, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Charsadda, Abbottabad, Diamer, Faisalabad, Multan, Mansehra, Balakot and Chilas.

The tremors were felt intermittently and citizens came out as soon as the tremors occurred, don news tvsaid the correspondent in Islamabad.

There were no immediate reports of any casualties or damage.
