Rishabh Pant was at his best behind the stumps against Gujarat Titans as he showcased his lightning-quick glovework to dismiss Abhinav Manohar.

Delhi Capitals skipper and wicketkeeper, Rishabh Pant is having the time of his life with the gloves against the Gujarat Titans at the Narendra Modi Stadium as part of Match 32 of the Indian Premier League 2024. The gloveman piled on the misery on the Titans by stumping out two batters in an over.

Beating the outside edge, Abinav Manohar was gone thanks to the lightning-quick stumping which was able to get the dismissal as the batter was unable to get back over the line.

The second dismissal did not take too long. GT had to push the panic button and used their impact substitute to bring in Shahrukh Khan in place of the dismissed Sai Sudarshan. But he failed to make much of an impact as he was dismissed for a duck.

This time Stubbs conceded the wide as he bowled down the leg-stump. But the batter was well outside the crease to begin with. With all that speed, Pant was unable to keep the ball in his hands through the stumping motion but did just enough to get the ball in contact with the stumps as it lit up right on cue.

After a poor couple of performances especially with the ball, fortunes seem to have turned for the Capitals as they put in a dominant performance bowling-wise against the Titans and look well set to take home the win in emphatic fashion to put their playoff charge back on track. It will take a mammoth of a performance bowling wise for the Titans to even have an inch of a chance to put up a comeback and take home the win.
