IPL 2024 Full Schedule Announced
The IPL 2024 final will be held in Chennai on May 26. The first Qualifier and the Eliminator will be held in Ahmedabad on 21 & 22 May, respectively. The second Qualifier will be held at the Chepauk on 24 May.
The BCCI on Monday announced the schedule for the second phase of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. The 17th edition of the tournament got underway last week, with defending champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) squaring off with Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at Chepauk.
As per the complete schedule, the final will of the ongoing season will be held in Chennai on May 26. The first Qualifier and the Eliminator will be held in Ahmedabad on 21 & 22 May, respectively. The second Qualifier will be held at the Chepauk on 24 May.
Earlier, the Indian cricket board had announced the schedule for only the first two weeks of the tournament, till April 7, awaiting the dates of the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections. Now that the Election Commission has rolled out the official polling dates, the BCCI, after working in tandem with local authorities, has finalized the schedule for the remainder of the season.
