The toss was delayed due to rain and the Feroz Shah Kotla ground is expected to play a part in the proceedings.
Delhi Capitals have so far lost five matches in a row and are at the bottom of the points table while KKR are eighth with two wins from five matches.

David Warner said that DC have brought in Ishant Sharma and Phil Salt for Abhishek Porel and Mustafizur Rahman.
“We will have a bowl first. The weather is around, you don’t know what the total is going to be. We haven’t been disciplined with the ball. We have two changes,” David Warner said after winning the toss.

KKR captain Nitish Rana said that his team has made four changes.
“We are playing after 3 years thanks to Covid. Everything looks new. We have four variations. hard to remember If we play as a unit. We should be tough to beat,” said Nitish Rana at the toss.
