Ashish Nehra pulled a ‘vague’ prank on Murali Karthik in great pain with the presenter, while GT Coach could barely control his laughter
Gujarat Titans coach Ashish Nehra celebrated his birthday as his team beat Kolkata Knight Riders by 7 wickets at the Eden Gardens on Saturday to present the perfect birthday present for their coach. Before the start of the match, Nehra was seen joking around with Murali Karthik, however his prank left Murali Karthik in pain.

Karthik later fell to the ground and looking like he was caught off guard, Nehra helped his partner up, barely able to control his laughter. Karthik then tried to return the favor but Nehra knew it was coming.

The entire incident was caught on camera and the video went viral on social media.

The incident was shown on broadcast during the match, and the cameras panned on Nehra who could not control his laughter, and neither could the commentators. Karthik was questioned about the entire incident and all he could say was ‘vague’.
Gujarat would go on to win the match and they moved to the top of the IPL 2023 points table with 12 points from 8 matches.
