IPL 2021 Points Table after KKR vs RCB Match: Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) beat Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by nine wickets with 10 overs to spare in their opening match of the UAE leg. IPL 2021. Elected to bat, RCB were bundled out for 92 with Varun Chakravarthy (3-13) and Andre Russell (3-9) with the ball to KKR. In reply, KKR scored 50 off 35 balls as Shubman Gill and Venkatesh Iyer came out guns blazing. KKR registered a big win by reaching 94/1 in 10 overs.

With this win, Kolkata Knight Riders have moved up two places to fifth in the latest points table with six points from eight matches. Royal Challengers Bangalore, on the other hand, are in their third position with 10 points from eight matches.
IPL 2021 Orange Cap Updates
There was no change in the Orange Cap list for IPL 2021 as Delhi Capitals’ Shikhar Dhawan, who has 380 runs to his name in IPL 2021, keeps the Orange Cap with himself. Punjab Kings captain KL Rahul is second with 331 runs, followed by Faf du Plessis, who was dismissed for naught against Mumbai Indians. DC batsman Prithvi Shaw is fourth with 308 runs and Chennai defender Ruturaj Gaikwad is in the top five against MI. The 24-year-old has scored 288 runs so far.
IPL 2021 Purple Cap Update
The same is the case with RCB’s Harshal Patel in the IPL 2021 Purple Cap list, who has topped the list of 17 wicket takers so far. DC’s Avesh Khan is second with 14 wickets, followed by Chris Morris of Rajasthan Royals who has also taken 14 wickets. Rahul Chahar is fourth with 11 wickets and Rashid Khan is fifth with 10 wickets.
