Interview of Union Minister Meghwal: ‘Teni’s son is in jail, what can be a bigger rule of law than this, why Mayawati has not been able to hold a single meeting so far?’

The BJP has fielded Union Minister of State Arjun Meghwal in the electoral fray to cater to the Dalit vote bank in western Uttar Pradesh. He has been made in-charge of Brij region in UP. Recently, there was a stampede among BJP leaders and OBC leaders joined the SP by accusing the party of neglect. There is resentment among farmers towards BJP. Dainik Bhaskar interviewed Meghwal about him.

Question: There is a stampede in Uttar Pradesh BJP. What will be the impact on the assembly elections?

answer : Some opportunists are leaving the BJP. BJP people are united. The organization is also strong. CM Yogi has brought the policies of PM to the ground. Whether it is a matter of building PM housing, toilets, electricity supply to every household, expressway or airport. Every scheme has been well implemented by the Yogi government. As such, these events will not affect the election. BJP will win the election with a thumping majority, it is certain.

Question , The leaders, ministers who are leaving the party, coming from OBC, have accused of neglect?

answer : The allegations you are making are a different matter. The expansion of the Modi cabinet took place in July 2021. 27 leaders coming from OBC were taken in the Union Council of Ministers. The Modi government did the work of giving constitutional status to the OBC commission. This allegation is baseless.

Question , Will the displeasure of the farmers outweigh the BJP in the assembly elections?

answer The Modi government did the most work for the farmer class. Yogi government worked to increase sugarcane rate. Due to this, the farmer is happy with the policies of the Yogi government. Sugar mills were closed, which have been started.

Question You have been fielded to dent Mayawati’s Dalit vote bank in western Uttar Pradesh. Can you smell it?

answer The Dalit society is gradually influenced by the policies of the Modi government and has started voting at the national level. Mayawati has not yet been able to hold a meeting in Uttar Pradesh. Dalit society is getting attracted by the schemes of BJP.

Question , Farmers agitation in Uttar Pradesh elections, how much loss will BJP suffer due to Ajay Mishra Teni episode?

answer : It’s not a topic at all. Ajay Mishra Teni’s son is in custody. The investigation is being done under the supervision of the Supreme Court. What can be a bigger rule of law than this?

Question , How much damage is Congress causing to BJP in Uttar Pradesh elections?

answer Congress is breathing hard in Uttar Pradesh. Congress will remain in single digit.

Question , Factionalism is at its peak in Rajasthan BJP. Will BJP lose in the by-election?

answer Congress’s allegation is baseless. Congress is divided into two camps, not BJP. One is the Ashok Gehlot faction and the other is the Sachin Pilot faction. BJP is united. This will also be seen in the 2023 assembly elections.

Question : Who will be the CM face in next year’s assembly elections in Rajasthan?

answer : It is decided by the Parliamentary Board. Anyway, when Union Home Minister Amit Shah went to Rajasthan, he had given a clear indication that the assembly elections would be fought under the leadership of PM Modi.
